Equipment and securityProvide payment terminals and integrated software support at no expense to the client; current terminals are Verifone MX 915. Level 1 PCI-DSS certification, PCI PED-approved hardware, and 24/7/365 service are required.
PricingItemize processing rates, payer-paid transaction fees, implementation, equipment, maintenance, and all integration/licensing costs, including any required Cityworks API fees identified at $22,000 per API annually. Include ACH validation, Apple Pay, and Google Pay fees.
Service termOne year, with up to four annual renewals.
