What the job is
Service period: March 1, 2027–February 28, 2029. Please price each location separately.
Weekly maintenance: Mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and debris removal; maintain grass at no more than 4 inches. Visits must occur between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Central Time.
Fertilization: Four applications annually, including crabgrass prevention, two weed-and-feed treatments, and winterization; phosphorus-free products required.
Seasonal landscaping: Annual shrub pruning, spring cleanup by April 30, fall cleanup by October 30, and mulch supplied and installed annually upon request. Include off-site disposal of debris.
Irrigation: Startup by April 30, repairs as needed, and winterization/blowout by October 31.
Equipment and materials: Include all labor, equipment, and supplies. A valid Commercial Pesticide Applicator License is required.
