What the job is
Furnace: Replace the existing unit with a properly sized, 95% efficient forced-air gas furnace, including a new thermostat, filter rack with cover, and required duct connections.
Air Conditioning: Install a properly sized central A/C unit rated at least 12 SEER with a 15-year manufacturer’s warranty and connect it to the existing duct system.
Water Heater: Remove the existing water heater and install a new high-efficiency unit with required service access.
Permits and Codes: Include all required permits and complete installation in accordance with applicable Michigan mechanical, plumbing, gas, and electrical codes. Electrical work will be handled separately.
Pricing: Provide separate lump-sum pricing for the furnace, A/C unit, and water heater, including labor, materials, equipment, fees, and permits.
Warranty: Provide an 18-month warranty on completed work and materials.
