What the job is
Maintenance: Initial start-up inspection, three months of monitoring and a follow-up inspection; scheduled maintenance every six months and comprehensive maintenance annually per the manufacturer’s manual.
Monitoring and response: 24/7 remote monitoring through MiConnect, corrective action within 48 hours of abnormalities, and emergency on-site inspection within 24 hours.
Access and equipment: Personnel require current Roadway Worker Protection certification; provide all tools, equipment, and maintenance reports.
Pricing: Include start-up, monitoring, scheduled and comprehensive maintenance costs, plus straight-time and overtime labor rates for repairs. Service begins January 1, 2027.
