Community Center: Two cantilever shade structures, each approximately 15' × 15'.
Specifications: All structures approximately 12' high, commercial grade, with flame-retardant canopies and permanent foundations. Design for at least 129 mph ultimate wind speed, Risk Category II, with fabric installed and site-specific exposure evaluation. Furnishings must be weather-resistant and permanently anchored.
Included work: Field verification, Massachusetts PE-stamped drawings and calculations, 2D CAD layouts, permits, freight, excavation, concrete footings, anchoring, installation, cleanup, and restoration. Include product specifications, warranties, and any seasonal or high-wind fabric removal requirements.
Schedule: Substantial completion by April 26, 2027; final completion by May 7, 2027.
