Site furnishings: Supply and install black, powder-coated, surface-mounted backless metal benches and inverted-U bike racks.
Electrical option: Price all electrical work separately, including panels, outlets, conduit, wiring, grounding, and surge protection.
Schedule: Substantial completion within 180 calendar days of authorization to start, including winter shutdown; stage work to maintain public use.
