Pricing: Quote lead plumber and helper hourly rates using estimated quantities of 300 hours each, plus markup on $5,000 in estimated materials, capped at 10%. After-hours rates capped at 1.5 times regular rates; holiday rates at twice regular rates. Include travel and overhead in hourly rates; no minimum call-out charges.
Resources: Provide labor, tools, equipment, a stocked service vehicle, permits, and cleanup; include a one-year workmanship warranty.
