What the job is
Mowing and trimming: April–November, at intervals no longer than seven days, weather permitting; pricing lists 28 visits per location annually. Maintain grass at 3 inches, edge sidewalks, roadways and curbs, and string-trim around obstacles each visit.
Cleanup: Remove litter and leaves before mowing and clear clippings from all hard surfaces afterward. Complete annual fall leaf removal between the last week of November and the second week of December, including disposal.
Mulching: Spring application matching existing mulch color and quality; turn mulch in August. Remove, dispose of and replace old mulch in years one and three.
Weed control: Maintain planting beds and mulched areas monthly; pricing lists seven visits annually. Treat sidewalks and pathways in April, July and October.
Included costs: All labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and disposal.
