What the job is
Mowing and trimming: Every two weeks April–October, more often as needed; maintain grass at 2–4 inches and weeds within the fenced compound at no more than 6 inches.
Vegetation and cleanup: Control brush, vines, and obstructive limbs around antennas, fencing, equipment, and access roads; remove debris off-site. Conduct monthly inspections and maintenance as needed November–March.
Snow and ice: Plow access roads and gate areas at 2 inches of snowfall; complete within 24 hours, sooner for emergency access, and apply deicing materials as needed.
Service documentation: Submit electronic reports with before-and-after photos within two business days of each visit.
Pricing: Provide an all-inclusive per-visit rate and annual total for one year, with four optional annual renewals. Include separate rates for emergency vegetation removal, tree trimming, brush hogging, additional labor, hauling, fallen limb/tree removal, herbicide application, and snow services.
Required site visit: October 13, 2026 at 10:00 am; RSVP by October 12 at 4:00 pm.
