What the job is
Routine care: Weekly watering, pruning, cleaning, fertilizing, top dressing, and pest/disease treatment; include replacement of dying or diseased plants within 24 hours or the next business day.
Artificial plants: Quarterly cleaning in the international terminal and weekly cleaning of two artificial plants at 991 Corporate Boulevard.
Seasonal flowers: Supply and install 101 six-inch potted bromeliads each January, May, and September, replacing sooner if flowers fade.
Holiday plants: Supply and maintain 169 six-inch pots of red poinsettias, three plants per pot, with foil and runoff trays. Install December 1–3 and remove January 3–5, adjusted to the next business day when needed.
Schedule and pricing: Five-year service period with an optional two-year extension. Routine hours are Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m., with adjustments as needed. Include labor, equipment, materials, and plants; provide monthly maintenance pricing and separate seasonal and holiday pricing.
