What the job is
Scope: Supply bottled/canned beverages, bag-in-box fountain products, approved cups, and nationally recognized brands with healthy alternatives for dining, retail, vending, and events.
Equipment: Provide and install 51 vending machines across 28 locations, plus fountain equipment and coolers matching existing quantities. Vending machines must be ENERGY STAR certified, ADA compliant, and accept cash, credit cards, and CBORD campus cards.
Service: Include delivery, restocking, maintenance, and repairs within 24 hours of reported issues, Monday–Friday, with expedited support for special events.
Term: Ten years with three optional two-year renewals; first operating year begins July 1, 2027.
Pricing and support: Include product pricing, annual minimum vending guarantee, gross-sales commission rate, sponsorship package, annual athletics/scholarship/marketing contributions, 250 complimentary beverage cases annually, and $5,000 in annual sports drink sideline kits.
