What the job is
Facility: Approximately 99,458 square feet, including common areas, stairwells, storage areas, and mechanical rooms.
Schedule: Monday through Friday within 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; three employees working eight hours each, totaling 24 staff-hours daily.
Routine cleaning: Daily floor care, trash removal, restroom sanitation, dispenser refills, and entrance and parking-area cleaning; weekly dusting, interior glass cleaning, and tile spray buffing; monthly furniture and blind cleaning.
Deep cleaning: Quarterly hallway and visitation-room carpet extraction; semiannual full carpet extraction, window and wall cleaning, and tile stripping, sealing, and waxing with two coats of sealer and four coats of wax.
Supplies: Provide all equipment, cleaning products, paper products, and soap; maintain at least one week's supply onsite. Include everything in the monthly rate.
Staffing: Workers must be direct employees, age 18 or older, with annual criminal background checks; an English-speaking employee must be onsite during service.
Service period: From award through November 30, 2027.
