ScheduleNew 104-bed behavioral health facility with phased opening anticipated in January 2027; services through December 30, 2031. Meal volumes will vary, with no guaranteed minimum.
MealsThree patient meals daily, 365 days per year, plus authorized snacks, nourishments, supplements, and late or replacement meals.
NutritionMinimum five-week menu cycle with dietitian-reviewed therapeutic diets, texture modifications, allergy controls, and religious and cultural options.
OperationsProvide staffing, on-site management, food, preparation, delivery, tray retrieval, dishwashing, sanitation, consumables, and required technology. Kitchen facilities, major fixed equipment, and utilities are provided.
Emergency coverageMaintain 96 hours of emergency food on campus and 48 hours in each occupied building or designated location; support 24-hour emergency service when needed.
