Facility: 225,000-square-foot building with a basement and five floors; service designated cleaning areas.
Hours: All cleaning between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Routine cleaning: Daily trash removal, restroom sanitation and restocking, vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, and kitchen, cafeteria, and stairwell cleaning; weekly and monthly detail cleaning.
Floor care: Weekly high-traffic floor scrubbing; monthly resilient-floor scrubbing and VCT burnishing; quarterly carpet extraction, tile and grout cleaning, LVP scrub and recoat, and VCT stripping, sealing, and waxing.
Quarterly services: Deep clean restrooms and cafeteria, clean designated interior windows, detail stairwells, and perform high dusting.
Staffing and supplies: Include all labor, an on-site supervisor each shift, background-checked personnel, equipment, chemicals, paper products, and restroom consumables, plus service logs and quality-control inspections.
Term and pricing: Estimated start December 31, 2026; one year plus four annual renewal options. Provide monthly, annual, and five-year totals, with separate pricing for initial cleaning and hourly emergency cleaning and additional labor.
