Full-service exercise: Plan, develop, execute, facilitate, and evaluate one functional exercise for up to 250 participants, including simulation cell staffing, evaluator coordination, and a completed after-action report and improvement plan.
Design-only packages: Develop one functional exercise package, one full-scale exercise package, and three reusable Exercise-in-a-Box packages for independent future use.
Materials and standards: Provide editable plans, facilitator guides, scenario injects, slides, evaluation tools, and reporting templates aligned with HSEEP and selected PHEP/HPP capabilities. Files must meet WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 accessibility requirements.
Planning meetings: Include up to five meetings for the executed exercise and up to three meetings for each of the five design-only packages.
Schedule and pricing: Anticipated performance is December 1, 2026–November 30, 2027. Price each of the four deliverable groups separately, including travel and all other expenses. The client provides venue, AV/IT, registration, catering, and accessibility accommodations.
