Volume and response: Approximately 100–1,000 people per meal, with service starting within 24 hours of activation and continuing for an undetermined number of consecutive days.
Meal pricing: Provide per-person rates for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and night-shift meals in hot buffet, cold, shelf-stable, and ready-to-eat/boxed formats. Hot meals are preferred.
Meal inclusions: Full portions of protein, starch, vegetable or fruit, and a beverage; include utensils, napkins, condiments, and 24/7 coffee service with supplies in meal pricing.
Menus: Daily variety with vegan, vegetarian, diabetic, gluten-free, and allergy-sensitive options, using separate preparation and packaging for allergy-sensitive meals.
Additional delivery sites: 450 SW Thornhill Drive, Port St. Lucie, FL 34984; 900 SE Ogden Lane, Port St. Lucie, FL 34983; 9221 SE Civic Center Pl, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952; and 2195 SE Airoso Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34984. Deliveries range from 6:00–7:30 AM for breakfast, 11:00 AM–12:00 PM for lunch, and 5:00–5:30 PM for dinner, depending on location.
Service and setup: Include staffing, equipment, temperature-controlled transport, serving supplies, cleanup, and waste removal. Quote one-time mobilization and demobilization fees per location separately.
Service period: Three years, with two optional one-year renewals; meal quantities and activation frequency are not guaranteed.
