  • Air handlers and condensateReplace insulation on 100 feet of 4-inch AHU-19 piping, 10 feet of AHU-20 piping, and approximately 10 feet of condensate piping, including one elbow.
  • Laundry and corridorInsulate 40 feet of 1-1/2-inch hot-water lines, 20 feet of 3/4-inch tankless heater lines, and 36 feet of 3/4-inch corridor hot-water lines.
  • Site verificationMandatory onsite meeting and verification of quantities, dimensions, insulation thicknesses, and existing conditions before quoting. Materials must meet applicable ASTM standards.
  • Scheduling and pricingMonday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, excluding holidays; one-week advance notice before starting. Include applicable prevailing wages.
