Please quote rebuilding one boiler at the Water Protection Facility, 3500 759 Highway, St. Joseph, Missouri, including all labor, materials, and equipment.
Tubes: Replace 48 straight boiler tubes, 2.5 inches by 144 inches, in one Superior boiler; clean and inspect tube sheets and holes, remove scale and debris, and dispose of waste offsite.
Assembly: Secure tubes to factory specifications, seal-weld the rear section to ASME standards, replace access-opening gaskets, and fill with water to check for leaks.
Insulation: Replace damaged door insulation with 1-inch insuboard, pins, and clips; reuse existing heat-resistant lining where possible.
Burner: Supply and install an Oilon GP-50 or comparable burner with a 10:1 output range, linkageless modulating controls, a new gas supply assembly and valves, and an internal PID controller.
