Removal: Drain and isolate the system, disconnect piping and wiring, and remove and dispose of both existing Peerless gas-fired boilers.
Installation: Rework feed and return piping, replace all flue piping, provide fresh-air venting, cap and seal old smoke pipe venting, and install a dehumidification solution.
Electrical and startup: Rewire boilers, reuse existing controls, purge the system, and test operation and system integrity. Include permits and inspections.
Site visit: Mandatory attendance on November 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the library.
Pricing and schedule: Include all labor, materials, equipment, and applicable prevailing wages. Provide proposed equipment details, lead time, and earliest installation and completion dates; completion is needed as soon as feasible, weather permitting.
