Maintenance: Inspect two weeks after planting, maintain monthly for six months, then quarterly for the remaining project duration. Include replacement plants and manual invasive removal around dense native plantings; no irrigation required.
Monitoring: Establish 30 vegetation plots, each 16 by 16 feet, and 30 photo points in February 2028, split equally between both sites. Monitor Pond F-Mauka each February in 2029–2031 and Punamano at establishment and in February 2031; include vegetation data, photos, GPS coordinates, and final marker removal.
Site protection: Include erosion, dust, and water pollution controls and biologist surveys within seven days before work periods lasting three days or longer. Herbicide work requires a Hawaii-licensed Commercial 2–Forest pesticide applicator.
Duration: Allow for 1,829 calendar days from the work start date; include labor, materials, equipment, mobilization, and applicable taxes.
