What the job is
Service period: July 1, 2027–June 30, 2029, with a possible two-year extension.
Services: Assessments, education, motivational enhancement, outpatient, intensive outpatient, day treatment, residential treatment, aftercare, and therapeutic or sober living. Please identify which services you can provide.
Treatment requirements: Evidence-based, trauma-informed care for adults age 18 and older, including clients with co-occurring disorders; qualified clinical supervision and applicable Hawaii licenses are required.
Service intensity: Outpatient: 1–8 hours weekly; intensive outpatient: 9–19 hours weekly; day treatment: at least 20 hours weekly; residential: 24/7 care; therapeutic living: 15 hours of therapeutic activities weekly.
Support services: Random, observed alcohol/drug testing with laboratory confirmation capability, client progress reporting, and transition planning.
Pricing: Provide rates per assessment, per treatment hour per client, or per bed day, as applicable, plus available capacity and expected treatment duration. Include screening, materials, applicable housing costs, taxes, and fees.
