Scope: One or more components: outreach, screening and linkage to care, or brief treatment for emerging mental health and substance use concerns.
Service delivery: Culturally responsive, linguistically appropriate, trauma-informed services using evidence-based or community-defined practices; clinic, home, telehealth, or community settings as appropriate.
Staffing: At least three years of relevant service experience, with appropriately licensed, certified, or registered staff and clinical supervision for brief treatment.
Term: July 1, 2027–June 30, 2029, with an optional July–September 2027 startup period.
