Community engagement: Inclusive outreach plans, surveys, multilingual engagement, workshops, and community partnerships focused on underserved residents.
Planning and technical assistance: Community needs assessments, infill development strategies, anti-displacement planning, data analysis, and corridor revitalization.
Mobility and accessibility: Transportation barrier assessments, walk and safety audits, and ADA accessibility assessments.
Communications and placemaking: Educational materials, storytelling, social media, and demonstration activities.
Term and pricing: Initial two-year term with up to three additional years; assignments as needed with no guaranteed minimum. Please identify services offered and provide hourly rates by position, annual increases, and applicable travel, materials, and indirect costs.
