Delivery: Trauma-responsive, culturally competent services with interpretation or translation as needed, coordinated with schools and community partners.
Staffing: Qualified staff with appropriate licensure; fingerprinting required for staff interacting with students on school property.
Program support: Include outcome tracking, quarterly progress and expense reporting, required meetings, and staff training time.
