Treatment: Evidence-based substance use treatment, including support for co-occurring mental health disorders, licensed addiction counseling, case management, and medication-assisted treatment.
Program duration: Residential treatment lasting 6–12 months or jail-based treatment lasting at least 3 months, with participants housed separately from the general population.
Testing: Periodic and random drug and alcohol testing.
Aftercare: Reentry planning and coordination with community treatment, housing, vocational, and recovery support services.
Service period: Anticipated November 1, 2026–September 30, 2027.
