What the job is
Removal and transport: Uncouple and disconnect the pump, provide tools and rigging for pump and motor removal using an onsite-provided crane, and transport the pump to your facility and back.
Rebuild: Completely disassemble, clean, bead blast, and inspect components. Replace all bearings, bowl and impeller wear rings, coupling nuts, gaskets, fasteners, fittings, and hardware to OEM specifications. Machine bearing bores and seats as needed, restore impeller vane tips, and replace components outside OEM tolerances.
Balancing and coatings: Balance shafts and rotating assemblies to OEM specifications; provide balance and shaft runout reports. Apply Tnemec Pot-a-pox epoxy or equivalent to the bowl exterior, column interior/exterior, and discharge head underside; coat the discharge head exterior with matching Tnemec epoxy or equivalent.
Installation and startup: Reinstall, align the pump and motor to OEM specifications, verify readiness for service, supervise startup onsite, and provide a signed startup checklist. Motor wiring, isolation, instrumentation, and crane service are provided onsite.
Warranty: Include one year of parts and labor coverage from startup, including troubleshooting, travel, and removal/reinstallation of the pump and motor if needed.
