Scope: Troubleshooting, disassembly, cleaning, rewinding, machining, component replacement, testing, and pickup/delivery for motors and pumps ranging from under 10 HP to 75 HP and above.
Service timing: Available 24/7, including holidays; routine response within 24 hours, pickup within 48 hours, and emergency crew dispatch within 2 hours. Routine repairs due within 10 working days; emergency motor repairs within 72 hours, subject to parts availability.
Repair standards: OEM or equivalent parts, NEMA-compliant work, core-loss testing before and after rewinding, run-test reports, and laser coupling alignment within 0.001 total runout. Explosion-proof repairs require a UL-approved facility.
Term and warranty: One year starting approximately December 9, 2026, with four optional annual renewals; minimum one-year repair warranty and five years of relevant business experience.
Pricing: Provide shop and field hourly rates for regular hours, weekday overtime, and weekends/holidays; inspection fees by HP range; pickup/delivery and travel charges; and parts, new motor, and new pump markups capped at 15%. First-year rates must remain firm; work volume is not guaranteed.
