Models: Quote one each: B400R E017121 TID A, B400R E017121 TID B, and B400R E030378 TID B, with applicable discounts.
Qualifications: Allison factory-authorized full-service distributor or dealer with factory-trained, certified technicians.
Remanufacturing: Genuine Allison parts, latest factory updates, replacement of out-of-tolerance parts and all electrical solenoids, and a newly rebuilt OEM torque converter.
Testing: Allison-approved valve body testing and dynamometer testing, with test reports supplied at delivery.
Service: Shop and field diagnostics, repairs, TRANSHEALTH capability, and authorized warranty service for all Allison series. Response within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Warranty and cores: Parts and labor coverage for at least 24 months with unlimited mileage, or the manufacturer's warranty if greater; like-for-like core acceptance regardless of internal condition, with external damage repairs subject to approval.
Pricing: Include hourly shop, overtime, and field labor rates, plus delivery costs. Initial service term is three years, with two optional one-year renewals.
