Equipment: Submersible pump and dry application motors; the 11 sample motors range from 2–125 HP, three-phase, 60 Hz, 230/460V or 460V.
Repairs: Disassembly, inspection, rewinding, bake and dip, machine work, bearing and heat strip replacement, dynamic balancing, reassembly, testing, and painting. Follow current NEMA standards with Class H or higher materials unless otherwise specified.
Service timing: Include pickup and delivery; pickup within 24 hours, start routine repairs within two days, and complete within five working days. Provide 24/7 emergency service with a two-hour response and an office within one hour of Volusia County.
Special repairs and warranty: Explosion-proof motor repairs require a UL-approved facility. Minimum 15-month warranty on service and parts.
Pricing: Provide normal and overtime hourly rates, bearing and parts markups, a minimum service call charge, and itemized repair pricing for the 11 sample motors, including pickup and delivery.
