Locations: Northwest Cobb WRF, 3740 Highway 293, Kennesaw, GA 30144; Noonday Creek WRF, 415 Shallowford Road, Kennesaw, GA 30144; R. L. Sutton WRF, 5175 South Atlanta Road, Atlanta, GA 30339; South Cobb WRF, 545 Rowland Rd, #499, Austell, GA 30168; and 50 lift stations and maintenance locations throughout the county.
Scope: Inspect, clear and repair pipelines, manholes and drains; remove debris and liquid waste; provide snaking/cabling, jetting, pump truck and backhoe services, with daily cleanup.
Response: Provide 24/7/365 emergency service, return calls within 30 minutes and arrive on-site within two hours of the initial call.
Equipment: Provide crews, tools, safety signage, trailers and equipment capable of cleaning lines down to two inches; include an available equipment list.
Pricing: Quote separate regular, overtime and weekend rates: hourly technician, helper, snaking/cabling, pump truck and backhoe rates; jetting per service; grease trap and septic waste disposal per gallon; and parts markup percentage. Include all travel, fuel, dispatch and disposal-related costs, with no additional fees.
Term: Two years with firm pricing, plus three optional one-year extensions. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; overtime covers overnight weekdays; weekend rates apply Friday, 4:01 PM–Monday, 6:59 AM.
Qualifications: At least five years of relevant experience, three similar references and active Georgia septic tank pumping certification.
