Pickup: Compactor weekly on Fridays, 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.; roll-off on call during the same hours. Extra pulls must be completed within 24 hours at regular rates.
Disposal: Estimated combined annual volume of 256 tons; provide per-ton and per-pull pricing for each container.
Installation: Coordinate delivery outside the rear gate. Compactor must fit an existing 12-foot-wide by 80-foot-long, 8-inch-thick concrete pad; roll-off goes on a dirt pad.
Electrical: Compactor must use existing 30A, 480V, three-phase power with a direct-wire connection and non-fused shutoff.
Pricing: Itemize monthly rentals, delivery/installation, hauling, and disposal. Include fuel and environmental charges in those rates; no additional callback or service-attempt fees.
