Scope: Provide containers, collection, hauling, and licensed disposal of non-hazardous building and kitchen waste, including small appliances, seasonal items, and limited minor construction debris.
Containers: Quote all available sizes, including 4-, 6-, and 8-cubic-yard bins. Include delivery within five business days of service authorization, maintenance, cleaning, relocation within each site, and removal at service end.
Frequency: Provide rates by location and bin size for twice-weekly, weekly, biweekly, monthly, and other available schedules.
Additional pickups: Include all-inclusive monthly rates and separate per-pickup rates for on-call service during business hours and after hours. Routine calls require service within 36 hours; emergencies within 12 hours.
Term: One year with three optional annual renewals; initial-year pricing must remain firm.
