What the job is
System sizes: Price each type at 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, and 4 tons.
Gas systems: Matching furnace, coil, and condenser; minimum 80% furnace efficiency and 15 SEER cooling. Acceptable brands are Trane, RUUD, Goodman, Rheem, Bryant, and Ameristar.
Heat pump systems: Matching heat pump and multi-speed electric air handler with appropriately sized heat strips.
Installation: Include a compatible programmable/Wi-Fi thermostat, refrigerant lines, required gas or electrical connections, condensate drains and safety switch, ductwork transitions, equipment pad, and filter rack with initial filters. Include permits and inspection.
