Coverage: Quote one or more delivery pools, including supply procurement, pipeline capacity, nominations, scheduling, and balancing.
Service period: One year beginning July 1, 2027, with six optional annual renewals.
Pricing: Provide NYMEX Plus and IFERC Index Plus adders in dollars per therm, identifying the IFERC index used. Use one rate across all load factors within each quoted pool. For two-part pricing, include demand charges in dollars per DDDC per month.
Additional charges: Identify monthly per-account fees and any fixed-price conversion adder. Commodity and regulated utility charges must pass through at actual cost.
Service requirements: Certified gas marketer status in Georgia, reliable firm delivery, monthly billing data in Excel and PDF, and fixed-price options. No early account termination fees.
