What the job is
Equipment: Peerless and Flowserve vertical turbine and horizontal split case pumps, including high service, backwash, transfer, and booster pumps.
Scope: Provide labor, materials, cranes, rigging, removal, round-trip transport, teardown, inspection, approved repairs, reinstallation, piping connections, disinfection, and startup testing.
Reconditioning: Replace wear items, dynamically balance impellers, and clean, sandblast, and apply 8–10 mil food-grade epoxy coatings suitable for potable water. Quote impeller replacements separately.
Schedule and warranty: Complete inspection reports within 10 calendar days; begin startup within 3 days of motor reinstallation. Provide a one-year workmanship and materials warranty from startup.
Pricing: Provide per-pump service pricing by pump type and location, separate wear-item and impeller pricing, hourly labor and equipment rates, and additional-material markup for a one-year agreement.
