What the job is
Tower: 250,000-gallon elevated welded tank, 132.5 ft. to high water level; epoxy interior and vinyl exterior coatings.
Annual maintenance: Inspect tank, supports, ladder, catwalk, tie rods, and beacon fixture; provide a written report with photos. Include exterior upkeep, repairs, existing logo and lettering, emergency service, and installation of an owner-supplied replacement beacon bulb.
Separate pricing: Quote exterior pressure washing with minor touch-up painting, and complete exterior cleaning and repainting in the existing color, each as an as-needed service.
Coating requirements: Surface preparation and coatings must meet or exceed FDEP, AWWA, and SSPC requirements. Existing lead levels: exterior 570 ppm; interior 57 ppm. Tank containment and hazardous waste disposal are excluded.
Term and costs: Three-year maintenance term. Include all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, and travel in your pricing.
