What the job is
Equipment: Two Quadient DS1200 Q4i folder inserters (serials XBC5217 and XBC5221) and associated AIMS500 software.
Term: One year, anticipated to start December 1, 2026, with an optional one-year extension. Please price both years separately.
Maintenance: Quarterly on-site preventive maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, and replacement of unserviceable parts using new OEM parts, plus non-emergency repairs.
Software: AIMS500 maintenance patches and telephone/email troubleshooting support.
Response: On-site arrival within two hours for equipment stoppages during weekday business hours, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. PT, excluding holidays.
After-hours coverage: Weekdays 5–9 p.m. and weekends 8 a.m.–4 p.m. PT; telephone troubleshooting followed by on-site arrival within two hours when required. Include rates for a two-hour minimum and each additional half hour.
Technicians: Quadient-certified, factory-trained technicians, including at least one with two years of inserter maintenance experience and AIMS500 experience; service provider located within 60 miles of the site.
Pricing: Itemize equipment maintenance, software support, parts, and after-hours rates; include labor, travel, supplies, and applicable taxes.
