Preventive maintenance: Three onsite performance inspections and one extended performance inspection annually, covering all systems and components.
Parts and phone support: Include all required maintenance parts and phone support daily, 7:30 am–7:30 pm.
Annual physics QA/QC: Onsite assistance with assessments and minor adjustments, up to 8 hours per day on weekdays and potentially one weekend day.
Treatment room lasers: Include repair parts and labor, plus replacement with the same model and color at no additional charge if unrepairable.
