Schedule: Every other Sunday, twice monthly or as needed, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.; holiday visits must be rescheduled.
Term: From service award through June 30, 2027, with two optional 12-month extensions at the same rates.
Qualifications: Current Louisiana barber or beautician license and at least two years of verifiable barber experience for each person performing services.
Equipment and sanitation: Supply all tools, consumables, and cleaning products; disinfect tools between clients and clean the work area. Straight razors are prohibited. A barber chair, workspace, and electrical outlets are provided.
Pricing: Include travel, supplies, and required insurance costs: workers' compensation, $1 million employers' liability, $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate general liability, and $1 million automobile liability.
