Maintenance: Monthly service for 23 single-slide and 20 double-slide doors; service every other month for 110 single-swing and 7 double-swing doors. Quote each door group per service visit.
Sensor installation: Include labor and materials for BEA Superscan safety sensors on 43 single-swing and 4 double-swing doors, plus 20 BEA MagicTouch touchless activation sensors on swing doors. Include testing, staff training, manufacturer's warranty, and a minimum one-year workmanship warranty.
Repairs: Provide hourly rates for regular service (Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m.) and after-hours emergencies; estimated totals are 200 regular hours and 45 emergency hours over three years. Required response times are two hours for emergencies and 24 hours for non-emergency repairs. Replacement parts markup is capped at 10%.
Requirements: Factory-trained technicians, applicable California contractor licensing, DIR registration, prevailing wages, and compliance with ANSI A156 standards and manufacturer specifications.
Service period: Upon approval through June 30, 2029.
Mandatory walkthrough: October 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the service address.
