Materials: Hard drives, floppy disks, CDs/DVDs, cassette tapes, and backup tapes.
Service schedule: Two-year term; as needed, no more than once per month, with 15 days' advance notice. Service hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, excluding holidays.
Destruction: Perform all destruction onsite to industry standards, rendering media inoperable and data unrecoverable. Include all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation.
Documentation: Provide certification of destruction within five working days of each service.
Pricing: Provide per-item rates for each media type in quantity tiers of 1–250, 251–500, 501–750, and 751–1,000.
