What the job is
Roof unit: One 3-ton gas/electric single-stage package unit, minimum 13.4 SEER2, with adjustable roof curb and digital thermostat.
Server room: One 3-ton inverter-driven split-system heat pump with variable-speed compressor, compatible thermostat, auxiliary condensate pan, and safety float shut-off switch.
Ground unit: One 7.5-ton commercial gas/electric package unit with integrated free-cooling economizer, programmable thermostat, and custom galvanized duct transitions.
Installation: Include electrical disconnects and connections, gas piping, trapped and vented condensate drains, duct sealing, engineered seismic restraints, lifting equipment, permits, disposal, labor, materials, and taxes. Provide separate all-inclusive pricing for each system.
Testing and warranty: Include required third-party testing, duct leakage testing, final inspections, performance documentation, and minimum 5-year parts and 2-year labor warranties.
Site visit: Mandatory October 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.; attendance must be arranged by October 21 at 3:30 p.m.
Requirements: C-20 license and current DIR registration; prevailing wages apply above $1,000, and a 100% payment bond is required above $25,000.
Schedule: Complete within six months of authorization to begin; work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Payment follows full completion and acceptance.
