- Provider networkRecruit, contract, credential, and maintain specialty, hospital, behavioral health, and ancillary providers for on-site, off-site, and telemedicine care, including rural coverage.
- Claims administrationAutomated paper/electronic claims intake, adjudication, payment coordination, duplicate detection, appeals, reporting, and secure provider portals; 98% processing within 20 calendar days.
- Prior authorization/utilization management: Evidence-based medical necessity reviews, inpatient concurrent and retrospective reviews, and integration with claims and electronic health records.
- Systems and supportHIPAA-compliant integrated systems, provider directory, user training, live support Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Pacific, and 24/7 electronic support.
- Term and pricingAnticipated March 1, 2027–February 28, 2030, with two optional one-year extensions. Please itemize monthly network fees, per-claim fees by laboratory/non-laboratory and network/non-network status, PA/review fees, and implementation costs, including travel.
