Population: Approximately 43,000 enrolled employees and 103,000 covered lives; approximately 5,000 telehealth visits annually.
Services: 24/7/365 primary and pediatric care, urgent care, behavioral health, specialty care including dermatology, asynchronous visits, electronic prescribing, and referral coordination through a national provider network.
Access: Mobile app, web portal, and telephone; immediate primary and urgent care within five minutes, routine therapy within five business days, psychiatry within two business days, and urgent behavioral health within 24 hours.
Administration: Support existing PPO, narrow-network, and high-deductible plan designs; weekly eligibility files, medical claims submission to existing administrators, benefit integrations, HIPAA compliance, member support, communications, and reporting.
Schedule: Ready for open enrollment by May 1, 2027; services begin July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2030.
Pricing: Separate per enrolled employee per month fees for core services, specialty care, and dermatology; per-visit rates by service; implementation, 12 file-feed setups, and annual communications costs. Include all travel and a minimum $150,000 benefits fund for the initial term.
