What the job is
Scope: Interior and exterior graffiti removal using paint cover-up, color matching, chemical removal, pressure washing, blasting, and anti-graffiti coatings as appropriate. Restore surfaces to a uniform finish without ghosting or staining.
Response times: Complete routine requests within 48 hours and priority requests within 2–24 hours; emergency timing specified per request.
Pricing: Provide fixed unit rates for a one-year term, including labor, materials, equipment, water, transportation, containment, cleanup, and waste disposal. Work volume is not guaranteed.
Qualifications: California Class A or C-33 license; C-61/D-38 license for self-performed sand or water blasting. Current DIR registration, prevailing wages, and certified payroll required.
Insurance: General liability of $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate, auto and employers' liability of $1 million, workers' compensation, and pollution liability of $2 million per claim.
Service records: Before-and-after photos and signed work verification for each visit.
