Design: Structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for new construction, repairs, renovations, and seismic retrofits.
Project support: Permitting, peer review, shop drawing reviews, site observations, and closeout documentation.
Deliverables: Editable source files and PDFs, with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM formats as required per project.
Qualifications: Applicable California professional licensing, at least 10 years of relevant experience, three years conducting business in California, and similar Southern California project experience.
