What the job is
Exhaust fans: Furnish and install two Plastec P20ST4P033 polypropylene blowers, each rated 500 CFM at 0.50-inch static pressure with a 1/3 HP motor, factory support stand, disconnect, and D15011 VFD (115V single-phase input, 208V three-phase output).
Ductwork: Install 10-inch stainless-steel ducts, stainless-steel grilles and transitions, supports, service access panels, roof flashing, and 45-degree exterior terminations with 1/2-inch stainless-steel mesh. Include startup and air balancing.
Gas piping: Remove and reconfigure boiler supply piping using 2-inch and 1-1/2-inch Schedule 40 black steel, including fittings, valves, unions, supports, exterior coating, and pressure and leak testing.
Electrical: Include breakers, branch wiring, conduit, grounding, wall switches, timer, and VFD and equipment connections.
Scheduling: Complete within 30 working days, with substantial completion within 25. Gas interruptions must occur on a Friday, with boiler service restored by 3:00 p.m.; include Knorr Systems’ authorized representative for shutdown and startup.
Site visit: Mandatory walkthrough on October 9, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the pool.
