What the job is
Volume: Approximately 600 probation participants at any time, about half in warrant status, and 247 home detention participants annually. Probation terms range from 6–36 months and cover DUI, domestic violence, sexual offenses, and drug-related cases.
Staffing and supervision: Minimum two onsite staff Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., including one Spanish bilingual staff member. Include intake within five days, monthly appointments, compliance tracking, hearing attendance, and violation/completion reporting. Three furnished offices are provided; supply your own office supplies.
GPS services: Supply ankle monitors and accessories, onsite installation within 24 hours of release, removal, maintenance, and inventory management. Include continuous location, curfew, exclusion-zone, and tamper monitoring with real-time alerts through a U.S.-based monitoring center operating 24/7/365.
Software and support: Include web-based case management, reporting, integrated risk analytics, automated telephone check-ins with live escalation, fee collection, and expert testimony when needed. Data storage must be U.S.-based and certified at FedRAMP or StateRAMP Moderate level or higher.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive per-person monthly probation monitoring, intake, discharge planning, monthly electronic monitor hookup, and daily electronic monitoring fees. Specify indigent and non-indigent rates and itemize any additional participant charges. Initial service term is one year, with up to four annual renewals.
