Volumes: Approx. 2,800 sheets per weekly run, 2,700 sheets per monthly run, 224,462 annual 1099 mailings, 3,352 annual TIN letters, and 1,860 annual prenote letters.
Printing: 8.5 x 11 white stock, minimum 20 lb paper, duplex black printing for most letters; annual 1099s include custom preprinted back-side text.
Mailing: Vendor provides envelopes, inserts, presort/barcoding, CASS and NCOA certification, postal documentation, tray tags, and USPS delivery.
Files: RTF or PDF print files, potentially split across multiple ordered files, with benchmark stripe handling for applicable letter runs.
Experience: Minimum 5 years printing and mailing experience, including at least 3 bulk projects of 100,000+ pieces each.
