Service period: July 1, 2027–June 30, 2029, with approximately 2,000 transcribed events annually; volume is not guaranteed.
Coverage: Primarily Zoom and telephone proceedings, with an estimated 5–10% in person statewide. Reporters must hold applicable certification and have at least three years of experience.
Deliverables: Proofread verbatim transcripts in searchable, assistive-reader-compatible PDF format, with a signed certification page and secure electronic delivery.
Turnaround pricing: Provide per-page rates for standard delivery within 20 calendar days, expedited delivery within 5 calendar days, and semi-expedited delivery within 6–10 calendar days.
Appearance pricing: Include remote appearances of one hour or less, half-day appearances up to four hours, full-day appearances over four hours, and hourly rates before 8:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m.
Other costs: Include travel and all fees in your rates; specify cancellation fees for less than 24 hours' notice and additional-judge fees.
